General condition of Sale:
- All shipped goods remain the property of Isotools until full payment is received by us. If payment on account is not approved by us, deliveries will only be made after we have received full payment for the goods in advance.
- All goods are warranted by Isotools for a period of one year from date of invoice, provided they are used correctly in accordance with our user instructions. Goods returned for replacement under warranty will be inspected by us. If your claims are accepted, we will replace the goods free of charge. If in our opinion the goods have been damaged due to misuse, or have fair wear and tear damage only, the warranty claim will not be accepted.
- Warranty claims can only be accepted within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the customer. If the claim is accepted, we will deliver replacements free of charge, but may refuse any further claims.
- In case of late payments, interest amounting to 5% over the respective basis rate of the European Central Bank will be charged.
- Deliveries to unknown companies are only carried out against advance sending in of the amount.
- In case of cessation of payment or bankruptcy of the person ordering, the purchase price claim is immediately due.
- The customers take the responsibility for the goods upon despatch from our plant.
- The place of sale for the purposes of these conditions is Wuppertal, Federal Republic of Germany. The contractual relationship for all sales under these conditions is governed by German law.
- These conditions of sale apply to all orders received by us, unless any amendments to these conditions are agreed and confirmed in written by us.
